?????????????????????????????????????

Right from my eyes, runs a tear on my cheek.

Don’t want to be heard, so I can’t get the blame.

Can’t hear no words, I would say its gonna rain.

Get the queue for the bus, and then I join the line.

Same faces for the last 10 years of my life.

See I’m bored of my friends, I couldn’t tell you their names.

Shattered glass on the floor, kids are running again.

One hour passes till I’m back on my feet,

A stones throw and I’ll be walking till I’m off of the street.

Hang my coat up to dry, settle down with the herd.

Some I really don’t mind, some just get on my nerves.

Turn my back to the clock because it slows the time,

Take out a cigarette and hear the match strike.

Turn the radio on to drown the sound of the rain.

Same bands, same songs play again and again.

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

From my days at work I move away in a haste.

Times never slower then when she’s running away.

Pass a girl from my school but conversations brief,

Gotta catch that train get myself some relief.

I meet up with friends and then I’m off at six.

Up and in at five I walk around for a bit.

Grab up all of my change and move an empty glass

Herds through that door, glad I won’t be the last.

See I just act quiet so you’ll think I’m thick

Said the same last night and we were getting on it.

Find a closing door and stumble out in the rain,

I look up to the sky and watch it start to sleep.

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

Tell me I’m alright, say what you like from miles away.

And expect nothing changes except for the name of the day.

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

And I don’t see how its ever gonna change

Turn back up my road and make my way up the street.

Lines scream in my ear as I walk this beat.

Fall into my door, I fumble round for my key.

Creap back into bed and then I pull up my sheet.

High over my head and uncover my feet.

Till the world goes dark and I’m miles away.

Jump to the alarm to start another day.
